Lovely, unique sound

I cannot compare, as I have not been able to use the original reverb tank in my RE-501. But this new unit, is very very cool. The sound is "ugly beautiful" if that makes any sense at all.

My only regret: Waiting this long to replace my broken one, thinking I wouldn't use it very much.

Replacement Reverb

Replaced a damage reverb unit in an old Roland tape echo. Sounds great.

Good tank!

NOTE: if you are installing this in a Roland SRE-555 you'll have to drill new holes in the lid to fit the tank, since it's a bit smaller.

The sound however is superb! (Sadly I can't compare it to the original since my unit arrived with a broken original tank, but comparred to my boss RX-100 reverb this is very lush and full)
