New better life for Echolette

Altough height of the Echofix roller is smaller than origin, tape track can be easily adjusted by installing washers under new roller. Washers can be plain washers, or plain+ spring washer. Adjust height so that new roller is at the same height with hard plastic rollers. check that washer hits only to the ceneter part of roller's bearing. When running tape loop centerline is at about the same level with new roller centetline, job is done. Remember demagnetising!

Tjis is perfect upgrade to NG51.
